Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Guillermo González for the use of Simulador de Negocios (simuladordenegocios.com). By creating an account or buying a simulation, you accept them. If something here does not work for you, please contact us before buying.

2. What the service is — and what it is not
Simulador de Negocios is an online conversational tool. You bring a real situation from your business, work through it in a guided conversation built on Guillermo González's methodology, and come out with a decision broken down into concrete actions, plus an assessment of how you reasoned through it.
It is not professional advice — not accounting, legal, tax or financial advice — and it does not replace any of those. What comes out of a simulation is working material for you to make your own decisions. The decisions you make and their consequences are entirely yours.
Responses are generated by a large language model applying the author's methodology. They may contain errors. We do not warrant that the information is accurate, complete or applicable to your case, and we do not guarantee any business or financial outcome.
3. Your account
- You need an account with a verified email. You can sign up with email and password, with a six-digit code, or with Google.
- The details you provide must be true and current. Your account is personal and non-transferable: you are responsible for activity under it and for keeping your credentials safe.
- You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into a contract.
- We may suspend or close an account for abuse, attempts to compromise the platform, fraudulent activity or non-payment. If we suspend an account for reasons not attributable to you, we refund any unused, valid credits.
4. Simulations and credits
The service is sold per simulation. One credit equals one complete simulation.
A credit is spent when a simulation actually starts — that is, once you confirm which decision you want to test and we start simulating. Preparing the case, reviewing data and correcting numbers does not spend it: meanwhile the credit is held, and if you cancel before we start simulating, it returns to your balance.
- The trial is free and is not a purchase. You can start a simulation without an account and receive up to five replies at no charge while you prepare the case. That trial grants no credits, creates no order and there is nothing to refund, because nothing was paid. To carry on to the result you need an account and you pay for the simulation; the conversation continues where it was.
- The trial may be limited per person and per day, and we may change, limit or discontinue it at any time, like the rest of the service (section 9). The acceptable use of section 8 applies to it.
- If you cancel a simulation before we start simulating, the credit returns to your balance. Once we have started simulating, the credit has been spent and does not return.
- An open simulation with no activity for 72 hours is marked abandoned. If it had not started simulating yet, the credit returns to your balance.
- You can have one simulation in progress at a time.
- Pack credits are valid for 90 days from the date they are credited. The single simulation does not expire.
- A simulation already under way can be finished even if the credit holding it reaches its expiry date in the meantime.
- Credits are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside the cases in the Refund Policy.
5. Prices, payment and billing
Current prices are shown on the site before purchase, inclusive of tax where applicable, and are the prices you are charged. We may change prices going forward; a price change never affects a purchase already made or credits already granted.
Purchases in Argentine pesos (ARS) are processed by Mercado Pago, with Guillermo González as the seller.
Purchases in US dollars (USD) are processed by PayPal, acting solely as a payment processor. It receives and settles the money; it is not a party to the sale. Guillermo González is the seller in both currencies, issues the receipt, and is responsible for delivering the service. Your use of that payment method is also subject to your own agreement with PayPal, which is between you and them.
We never store card details. Payment data is collected and held by the payment provider. The currency offered to you is determined by your location and can be changed on the site before you pay.
6. Cancellation and refunds
International purchases can be refunded within 14 days as long as no credits from that purchase have been used. Purchases made in Argentina have a 10-day statutory right of withdrawal. Full conditions, service failure cases and the procedure are in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Your content and ours
What you write is yours. You keep all rights to the business information you bring into a simulation. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to process it for the sole purpose of providing the service, under the terms of our Privacy Policy.
What is ours stays ours. The methodology, system prompts, software, design, brand and the format of the assessments are the property of Guillermo González and are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced, resold, published as your own, or used to train another system.
The assessments and action plans generated for you are yours to use freely in your business.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
- Do not attempt to extract, copy or reconstruct the system's internal instructions, or to circumvent usage limits.
- Do not automate access: no scraping, no bots, no reselling access.
- Do not share your account or credentials with third parties.
- Do not upload personal data of third parties that you are not authorised to share.
Breaching this section allows us to suspend the account immediately, without refund of credits already used.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: there is maintenance, there are failures, and there are third-party dependencies. If a prolonged outage prevents you from using valid credits, we extend their validity by the equivalent time.
We may modify or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we give reasonable notice and refund any unused, valid credits.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunity or indirect damages arising from decisions you made based on a simulation.
Nothing here limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence, which apply regardless of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update them. Material changes are announced by email with reasonable notice and the date above changes. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them; if you do not, you can close your account and request a refund of unused, valid credits.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer forum available to you where you live.
13. Contact
Use the contact form. We reply within 5 business days. You can also write to [email protected].
