You pay per simulation. You can try it free: the first five replies are not charged and you do not need an account. No subscription, and the credit is only used once you confirm which decision you want to test and we start simulating.

Currency

Charged in US dollars, through PayPal, which processes the payment. We are the seller and the one issuing the receipt, same as in pesos.

How you are charged

The credit is used when we start simulating

Not when the conversation opens. You can prepare your simulation, review data and correct numbers without using it: it is used once you confirm which decision you want to test.

Cancel before that and it comes back

If you cancel before we start simulating, or leave it 72 hours without activity before starting, the credit returns to your balance on its own. Once we have started, it has been used.

One simulation at a time

So you can be in one, not half-way into four. When one closes, you start the next.

No subscription

No monthly charge, no auto-renewal. You buy what you are going to use and that is it.

Questions

Is there a free trial?
Yes. You start the simulation without creating an account and the first five replies are not charged. To carry on to the result you sign in and pay for the simulation, and you continue the same conversation where you left it. On top of that, the credit is not used while you prepare the case: it is used when we start simulating.
Do credits expire?
Pack credits expire 90 days after they are credited. The single simulation does not expire. A simulation already started can be finished even if the credit expires meanwhile.
Can I ask for my money back?
Yes, as long as you have not consumed credits from that purchase: 10 days if you buy in Argentina, 14 in the rest of the world. It is all in the refund policy.
Is it worth starting with a pack?
Up to you: you can buy a single one or a discounted pack from your first purchase. Pack credits are not lost if you take a while to use them, as long as they are within their validity period.
Do prices include taxes?
Yes. The price you see is the price charged, with no extra fees at checkout. If your country applies a tax on buying a digital service from abroad, that is determined by your jurisdiction and we do not collect it.
Can I change currency?
The currency is set by your location. If you are travelling or the detected country is not yours, write to us before buying and we will sort it out.
